Terms of Use

Welcome to DevGruha. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, APIs, community platforms, temple discovery systems, booking services, donation systems, and related digital services operated by DevGruha Tech Solution LLP.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms: 'Platform' means the DevGruha website, mobile applications, and APIs. 'User' means any registered individual accessing the Platform. 'Partner' or 'Saathi' means a verified temple, event organizer, or community administrator. 'Services' means booking, donations, event registration, and community features. 'Content' means any text, images, videos, or reviews uploaded by Users or Partners.
2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent under Indian law to register and use the Platform. Minors (under 18) may only use the Platform under the direct supervision and authorization of a Parent or Legal Guardian. This section requires a Parent or Legal Guardian. Falsifying age or identity data violates the DPDP Act 2023 and is subject to statutory user penalties of up to ₹10,000. We log timestamp, IP address, and verification tokens to maintain strict audit trails of age declarations.
3. Nature of Platform
DevGruha acts solely as a technology intermediary facilitating interactions between Users and third-party temples, communities, organizers, and service providers.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for safeguarding their authentication identifiers (such as OTPs) and ensuring all registration details remain accurate and updated.
5. Temple Discovery & Community Participation
DevGruha enables Users to explore temples, join communities, participate in events, and discover spiritual experiences.
6. Spiritual Bookings & Events
Bookings and event participation are fulfilled by independent temples, organizers, or communities unless expressly stated otherwise. DevGruha facilitates the transaction but is not the service provider.
7. Donations & Contributions
Donations and contributions are processed on behalf of temple Partners or organizations. Unless specified otherwise at the time of transaction, all donations and contributions are non-refundable.
8. Payments & Transactions
Payments are processed securely through our primary authorized third-party gateway, Cashfree Payments, in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and convenience fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout. In the event of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded as per the gateway's settlement cycle.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested according to the specific policy of the temple or event organizer. Where a refund is approved by DevGruha or the Partner, it will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Platform convenience fees are strictly non-refundable.
10. Community Guidelines
Users shall maintain respectful conduct and shall not upload unlawful, offensive, abusive, hateful content, or any material that hurts religious sentiments.
11. Intellectual Property
All DevGruha trademarks, logos, software, designs, and platform content remain the exclusive property of DevGruha Tech Solution LLP or its licensors.
12. Third-Party Services, Content and Products
DevGruha is not responsible for inaccuracies, interruptions, or representations made by third-party Partners. While we make reasonable efforts to verify listings, the responsibility for accessing services or purchasing products ultimately lies with the User.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevGruha's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is strictly limited to a maximum cap of INR 1,000. DevGruha disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or spiritual outcomes.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
User data shall be processed strictly in accordance with the DevGruha Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
15. Suspension & Termination
DevGruha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. For non-egregious violations, Users will be provided a 7-day notice period before account termination. Upon termination, Users may request a data export within 30 days.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
17. Force Majeure
DevGruha shall not be liable for delays, failures, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
18. Modification of Terms
DevGruha reserves the right to modify these Terms. We will provide a 30-day advance notice for any material changes to these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
